Had a really pleasant stop during our road trip here. The hotel is conveniently located among all the major franchise spots, making it super easy to find food and other necessities. 🌟

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Room entry door needed a lot of pressure to open. I know a door closer is required by fire codes, but the perhaps the closer could be adjusted some where a weaker person can access more easy.

Everything was wonderful, had a very nice stay on a road trip. I was given an extremely spacious room with decent Wi-Fi. The hotel is in a favorable location, surrounded by all the major franchises. It's adjacent to Illinois and multiple restaurants, gas stations, and the convention center.

Comfortable rooms but a little noisy.

We need quiet to be able to sleep and we could hear other guests walking above us.

The location is convenient as it's really close to several restaurants, Illinois and many resturaunts.

Good service when we had an issue

The bed had hair between the comforter and sheets but the staff was very apologetic and put us in another room promptly.

The room was reasonably large. We got a room with bathtubs. The breakfast was included. The location was marvelous in an area surrounded by all the major franchises. The staff here was caring and attentive. It was very close to restaurants, gas stations, Walmart, Illinois, and several restaurant choices.

Exceptional and comfortable hotel in Mount Vernon with efficient staff from the front desk to the maid service. Fine and quiet room, with central heating, TV, tea and coffee making equipment. Nice size bathroom and very comfy bed.

The stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Mount Vernon Rend Lake during our road trip was really great. The hotel's location was very convenient, surrounded by major franchises, and in a safe area. We were able to easily reach Bob Evans, which was located at a moderate distance from the hotel, and had a nice lunch/dinner there.
